All reaction vehicles are live satellite tracked to ensure optimum resource utilisation.

​

• Our CMS handles between 120 and 450 alarm signals per 12 hour shift  

• A manager supervisors 2 to 3 day shift controllers and between 3 and 5 night shift controllers.

• All equipment is installed according to SAIDSA specification. Redundancy is provided for all equipment from digital bases to servers to radio bases.

• UPS systems and AC generator is wired into the main supply to provide full operational service during Mains supply failures

• All reaction vehicles are tracked live via wall LCD displays
